中宏网讯 据山西财政微信公众号消息，为积极应对全省冬小麦晚播、苗情偏弱的生产形势，2月13日，省财政厅紧急下达5670万元，支持全省27个县区开展冬小麦促弱转壮等相关工作，重点对追加增施提苗肥等防灾稳产措施给予适当补助，全力夯实夏粮稳产丰产基础。
