白银市建筑管理处原四级调研员雷成满违规收受礼品礼金和购物卡问题。2009年1月至2020年7月，雷成满在担任白银市建筑管理站站长期间，利用职务便利，多次违规收受多名管理服务对象所送高档烟酒、现金红包、购物卡等财物。雷成满还存在其他严重违纪违法问题，2026年2月被开除党籍、开除公职，涉嫌犯罪问题被移送检察机关依法审查起诉。来源：啄木鸟
