根据国家金融监督管理总局广东监管局在2026年2月13日发布的公告，中国进出口银行广东省分行及相关责任人因将自营性业务划分为政策性业务、流动资金贷款贷后管理不尽职而受到处罚。
具体处罚措施包括对中国进出口银行广东省分行罚款110万元，对陶崇科给予警告并处罚款5万元。
