2月13日，福莱特（601865/06865）发布公告，近日公司董事会收到副总裁赵长海的辞职报告。赵长海因个人原因辞去副总裁职务，离任时间为2026年2月11日，原定任期到期日为2027年11月17日。辞职后，赵长海仍将负责子公司光伏玻璃的生产管理工作。
2025年前三季度，福莱特实现收入124.64亿元，归母净利润6.38亿元。
