2月13日，掌阅科技（603533）发布公告，持股5%以上的股东量子跃动于2025年11月4日至2026年2月12日期间通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份541万股，占公司总股本的1.23%。
此次权益变动前，量子跃动持有公司股份比例为6.23%，变动后比例减少至4.999978%，触及5%刻度。
2025年前三季度，掌阅科技实现收入24.62亿元，归母净利润-2.17亿元。
