格隆汇2月13日丨裕丰昌控股(08631.HK)公告，董事会欣然宣布，股东于2026年1月22日举行的股东特别大会上通过一项特别决议案以批准更改公司名称后，开曼群岛公司注册处处长发出更改名称注册证书，核证公司已将其英文名称由"Yufengchang Holdings Limited"更改为"Sun Kong Holdings Limited"，并将其中文双重外文名称由"裕丰昌控股有限公司"更改为"申港控股有限公司"，均于2026年1月27日生效。
