人民财讯2月13日电，东方创业(600278)2月13日公告，公司近日取得中国民生银行上海分行出具的《贷款承诺函》，民生上海分行同意对公司提供不超过9000万元的贷款，贷款期限三年。上述资金将专门用于东方创业以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份并注销注册资本。
