格隆汇2月13日丨艾迪康控股(09860.HK)宣布，自2026年2月13日起，王乐刚已获委任为公司执行董事。王乐刚自2025年8月15日起获委任为集团首席运营官及总经理，并将继续担任集团首席运营官及总经理。
自2026年2月13日起，王乐刚进一步获董事会委任为董事会战略委员会成员。
