天宇股份2月13日公告，公司董事会于近日收到财务总监王秀娟的辞职报告，王秀娟因个人原因辞去公司财务总监职务，辞职后将不再担任公司其他职务，辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。为确保公司财务管理工作的顺利开展，董事会同意聘任王冲任公司财务总监，任期自公司第五届董事会第十九次会议审议通过之日起至第五届董事会任期届满之日止。
