2月13日，中控技术（688777）发布公告，近日收到公司高级副总裁房永生的辞职报告，因个人原因辞去高级副总裁职务，之后仍将在公司担任其他职务。房永生的辞职自2026年2月12日起生效，原定任期到2026年12月10日。
截至公告披露日，房永生直接持有公司股票42万股，并通过德清嘉孚企业管理合伙企业间接持有29万股。
2025年前三季度，中控技术实现收入56.54亿元，归母净利润4.32亿元。
