美芝股份公告称，公司此前审议通过公开挂牌转让对朱涛的债权权益，首次挂牌底价7632.24万元。2026年1月15日至2月11日公开挂牌，截至2月11日无意向受让方。2月13日公司召开董事会，审议通过调整挂牌底价议案，拟将挂牌底价由7632.24万元调至6488万元，降价幅度未超备案价15%，挂牌公告期调整为5个工作日，其他交易条件不变。
