【越乔】获悉，国家统计局发布 2026年1月份70个大中城市商品住宅销售价格变动情况 ，其中，武汉新房房价继2025年12月止跌后，2026年1月环比上涨0.1%，市场给出“止跌逆涨”的重要信号。
另外，2026年1月二手房房价跌幅收窄，环比下跌0.6%（上一期下跌1.2%）。
2025年武汉卖房21.3万套：新房10.96万套，二手房10.36万套，新房销量全国第一。
