2月12日，山东金融监管局发布《关于山东莘县农村商业银行股份有限公司吸收合并莘县青隆村镇银行股份有限公司的批复》，同意山东莘县农商行吸收合并莘县青隆村镇银行，承接该村镇银行的资产、负债、业务及各项权利义务，并将该村镇银行改建为山东莘县农商行的分支机构。
