2月13日，瑞康医药（002589）发布公告，此前，公司董事、董事会秘书及副总裁李喆于2025年7月3日被实施留置措施，随后于2025年8月12日变更为责令候查。
2026年2月13日，公司收到济南市济阳区监察委员会的《解除责令候查通知书》，李喆的责令候查措施已被解除，目前其正常履职。
2025年前三季度，瑞康医药实现收入54.07亿元，归母净利润1214万元。
