2月13日，新华鑫日享中短债债券（004981）发布公告，新任基金经理于航于2026年2月11日正式上任，任职前曾在新华基金固定收益投资部担任研究员、基金经理助理和基金经理，拥有10年的证券从业经验及5年的证券投资管理经验。共同管理本基金的其他基金经理为王滨。
