梦金园（02585）发布公告，宣布完成H股全流通，4000万股非上市股份已于2026年2月12日转换为H股，并将于2026年2月13日上午九时正开始在联交所上市及交易。
此次转换后，公司的股权结构发生了变化，非上市股份由4000万股降至0，H股则从2.33亿股增至2.73亿股。
