2月12日，富森美（002818）发布公告，2025年11月26日，公司曾披露副总经理、董事会秘书张凤术被立案调查并实施留置。
2026年2月12日，公司收到崇州市监察委员会的通知，解除对张凤术的留置措施，现已变更为责令候查，张凤术已能正常履行其职责。
