2月11日，辽宁盘锦，有多名网友发视频称，长湖新城附近一鞭炮摊失火。目击者表示，从冒黑烟到消防车抵达大约是17分钟，消防到后还有小规模的烟花，大概放了半个小时左右：“就和平时放烟花爆竹一样，没啥影响。”
当地多名消防人士介绍，没有人员伤亡，失火原因还在调查中。
