方大特钢公告称，总法律顾问许杰因个人原因，于2026年2月10日提前离任，原定任期到2028年5月15日。其辞职自书面报告送达董事会时生效，离任后不在公司及控股子公司任职，不会影响公司正常生产经营。许杰不存在未履行完毕的公开承诺。
