2月12日，金陵药业（000919）发布公告，公司的控股子公司南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁医院有限公司需补缴2022年至2024年期间的税款及滞纳金841万元。
截止本公告日，上述税款及滞纳金已经全部缴纳，本次不涉及行政处罚。缴纳的税款及滞纳金计入公司2025年当期损益。
2025年前三季度，金陵药业实现收入23.80亿元，归母净利润6846万元。
