赛诺菲2月12日宣布，不再续聘保罗·哈德森（Paul Hudson）的董事职务。因此，哈德森的首席执行官任期将于2026年2月17日届满。赛诺菲称，董事会感谢他在过去六年间为集团转型与发展作出的宝贵贡献。根据提名委员会的建议，赛诺菲任命Belén Garijo为首席执行官，她将于2026年4月29日集团年度股东大会结束后正式履职。
