2月12日获悉，经土地权利人申请，自贸青岛片区自然资源局拟对已出让的一宗国有建设用地使用权土地用途进行变更，地块位于中德生态园山王河路以北、紫荆山路以西，土地面积42035㎡，原土地用途为科研用地、商业用地，拟变更为商业用地，权利人为青岛德霄建设有限公司。
