春运期间，成都东站推出一系列智慧便民暖心举措，上线检票查询机器人、智能失物招领柜，定制便民指引条，增设站台安全门、充电桩等设施，拓展行李寄送、高铁宠物托运等服务。
此外，车站还打造熊猫专列城市会客厅，以文旅融合新场景为旅客提供休憩与文化体验空间，用看得见、摸得着的便利，勾勒出智慧春运的温暖底色。
