近日，国家金融监督管理总局聊城监管分局发布了罚单，剑指济宁银行股份有限公司聊城分行及其相关责任人。
罚单显示，济宁银行股份有限公司聊城分行的主要违法违规事实（案由）为：违规以贷转存，虚增存贷规模。
针对上述违法违规行为，国家金融监督管理总局聊城监管分局对其罚款35万元；对王鑫（时任济宁银行股份有限公司聊城分行营业部总经理）警告。
