格隆汇2月12日｜据TheElec，此前有传言称美光可能被排除在英伟达的HBM4供应商名单之外，美光首席财务官马克·墨菲(Mark Murphy)回应称：“关于第六代高带宽内存(HBM4)有一些不准确的报道，但美光已经开始量产HBM4。”他强调，美光已经开始向客户交付HBM4，预计第一季度出货量将大幅提升。
