据新华社，乌克兰首都基辅市长克利奇科2月12日说，基辅当天凌晨遭到俄罗斯导弹“大规模袭击”，多栋建筑物被击中。
克利奇科在社交媒体上写道：“大规模袭击仍在继续。请留在掩体中！”克利奇科称，包括住宅楼在内的多栋建筑物遭袭。
基辅市军事管理局局长特卡琴科同日在社交媒体上说，基辅当天凌晨遭到俄罗斯导弹袭击，伤亡情况正在核实。
