近日，有网友在问政赣州平台上留言：赣州富力现代城B04地块进展缓慢，是否已经烂尾？政府有考虑引进其他的开发商或者国企接手吗？
赣州蓉江新区住房和城乡建设局的回复：
经核实，富力现代城项目由赣州市富辉房地产开发有限责任公司(以下简称“富辉地产”)开发建设。2025年6月，经赣州蓉江新区协调，已推动江西建工三建助力富力现代城B04地块智慧街道综合体复工建设。当前，赣州蓉江新区正积极推动该地块其他区域复工复产。来源于：问政赣州
