上证报中国证券网讯（记者 骆民）平治信息披露向特定对象发行股票预案。本次发行募集资金总额不超过10亿元，扣除发行费用后拟用于国产智能算力中心建设项目和补充流动资金。公司控股股东郭庆拟参与本次发行认购，拟认购金额不低于5000万元且不超过4亿元。
