2月11日，远翔新材（301300）发布公告，宣布解除首次公开发行前已发行的部分股份并上市流通，此次解除限售的股份数量为3030万股，占公司总股本的46.69%。
申请解除限售的股东为王承辉，原定上市流通日为2026年2月19日，由于该日为非交易日，上市流通日顺延至2026年2月24日。
2025年前三季度，远翔新材实现收入3.62亿元，归母净利润6515万元。
