工商登记信息显示，成都航空注册资本由6.8亿人民币增至20亿人民币，增幅约194%。
此次13.2亿增资由中国商飞公司、四川航空集团、成都交投航空投资集团三家股东同步增资。增资后中国商飞仍为成都航空第一大股东， 成都航空 也是首家国产C909飞机运营商。
