2月11日，罗曼股份（605289）发布公告，近日，公司与机械工业勘察设计研究院有限公司组成的联合体与代县风和新能源有限公司就“上海晶纾风力发电有限公司驭风行动50MW 分散式风电项目”签署了EPC承包合同，合同金额为2.6亿元，其中公司承接的合同金额约为1.9亿元。
2025年前三季度，罗曼股份实现收入7.32亿元，归母净利润2109万元。
