2月11日，胖东来创始人于东来正式宣布退休。他表示，自己已年满六十岁，为推动科学先进的发展模式，让年轻人勇敢承担使命，决定过年后正式退休，转为顾问职务。此后，胖东来的日常工作将由胖东来决策委员会主持。
