国务院食安办等部门近日就预制菜国家标准等多份文件，向社会公开征求意见。科信食品与健康信息交流中心主任钟凯认为，预制菜的舆论争议核心在知情权。食品是否预制，与其安全性、营养品质、口味好坏、食品添加剂使用、成本、保质期等均无必然联系。（中国经济网记者朱晓倩 许子杰）
