格隆汇2月11日｜据路透，当地时间周一，雅诗兰黛在加州联邦法院起诉沃尔玛，指控该零售巨头销售其旗下香水和护肤品牌(包括倩碧、Tom Ford和Le Labo)的仿冒品。雅诗兰黛在诉讼中称，沃尔玛通过其网站销售的部分假冒产品与正版产品包装完全相同。雅诗兰黛要求沃尔玛赔偿其损失，并要求法院下令禁止沃尔玛销售这些假冒产品。
