为适应公司经营发展需要，董事会决定聘任王华为副总经理，秦竹林为董事会秘书，任期自2026年2月9日起至本届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，ST思科瑞实现收入1.47亿元，归母净利润81万元。
