2月10日，天津市发改委发布2026年重点建设项目、重点储备项目清单，2026年安排市级重点建设项目824个，重点储备项目288个。
其中，涉及光伏发电重点建设项目15个，合计规模超3.2GW（有2个项目未公布容量），重点储备项目4个。涉及的建设单位包括国家能源集团、华电、三峡、中核、中电建等央企。
