2月10日，百利科技（603959）发布公告，此前公司因建设工程施工合同纠纷，被湖南仙厦建筑有限责任公司起诉。
长沙市望城区人民法院判决公司向仙厦建筑支付三元厂房和临时设施工程款4387万元及相关利息。此外，公司还需向仙厦建筑支付公辅用房工程款849万元，并退还保证金130万元。
2025年前三季度，百利科技实现收入6.16亿元，归母净利润-1.15亿元。
