智通财经APP讯，蔚蓝生物(603739.SH)发布公告，公司全资子公司青岛蔚蓝生物集团有限公司(简称“蔚蓝生物集团”)拟与Archer Daniels Midland Singapore, Pte. Ltd.(简称“ADM Singapore”)签署《股权转让协议》，由蔚蓝生物集团向 ADM Singapore 购买其持有的艾地盟蔚蓝生物科技(山东)有限公司(简称“艾地盟蔚蓝”)50%股权，交易价格为4700万元。
