财联社2月10日电，美国最大户外媒体公司清晰频道户外控股周一宣布，已同意由穆巴达拉资本与TWG Global组成的财团收购。这笔交易对晰频道户外的估值达到62亿美元。根据协议条款，清晰频道户外控股的股东将获得每股2.43美元的现金，较该公司未受收购影响前的股价有71%的溢价。
