自11月下旬开始，味精价格已进入为期2个半月的上涨阶段，在供需阶段性偏紧的状态下，头部企业面对高成本及高亏损提涨转嫁心理偏强，尤其连续结晶价格涨势明显。据卓创资讯数据统计，截至2月10日，内蒙古地区80目均价5900元/吨，较11月下旬的低点上涨15.1%。短期来看，春节后味精企业继续挺价看涨，下游市场刚需补货，预计味精行情或继续偏强运行。
