人民财讯2月9日电，*ST节能(000820)2月9日公告，近日，公司获悉长江证券正在办理质押股份司法过户的相关工作。若长江证券完成过户手续，神雾集团不再为公司第一大股东，公司控制权可能发生变动。公司股票自2月10日（星期二）开市起停牌，预计停牌时间不超过2个交易日。
