格隆汇2月9日丨同力天启(605286.SH)公布，为满足启源围场生产经营发展需要，天启鸿源拟以自有资金对启源围场增资54,900万元人民币。增资后启源围场注册资本由100万元变更为55,000万元，仍为天启鸿源全资子公司。
