2月9日，城投控股（600649）发布公告，公司的全资子公司露香园公司近日收到《税务处理决定书》，决定书指出露香园公司在2023年进行土地增值税清算申报时，多计扣除项目金额合计3.03亿元，需追缴土地增值税9089万元，并按日加收滞纳金。
露香园公司将补缴税款9089万元，滞纳金约3956万元，预计将减少2025年度净利润约1.3亿元。
2025年前三季度，城投控股实现收入95.15亿元，归母净利润2.87亿元。
