2月9日，山东玻纤（605006）发布公告，董事长张善俊因达到离岗年龄，于2026年2月7日离任，停止担任公司董事、董事长、法定代表人等职务，离任后不再担任公司其他职务。
张善俊原定任期到期日为2026年12月6日，目前在公司持有152万股股份，离任后将继续遵守相关规定。
2025年前三季度，山东玻纤实现收入17.74亿元，归母净利润-21万元。
