2月9日，仁和药业（000650）发布公告，董事会秘书陈国锋因个人原因辞职，辞职报告自送达董事会时生效。陈国锋原任期至2028年5月26日，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
为确保董事会工作的正常进行，公司董事会提名姜锋为新任董事会秘书，任期与公司第十届董事会相同。
2025年前三季度，仁和药业实现收入28.33亿元，归母净利润3.79亿元。
