据安徽省疾控局消息，2026年1月，安徽省共报告法定传染病24种70222例。乙类传染病中除传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染新亚型流感、流行性乙型脑炎、炭疽、白喉、新生儿破伤风、血吸虫病、钩端螺旋体病、猴痘10个病种无发病、死亡病例报告外，其余17种乙类传染病共报告12447例，死亡33例。丙类传染病中除麻风病、斑疹伤寒、包虫病、丝虫病4个病种无发病、死亡报告外，其余7种丙类传染病共报告57775例，无死亡。
