2月7日晚，车主陈女士驾驶一辆2022款特斯拉Model Y在浙江高速公路上行驶。在表显续航剩余约72公里、距离嵊州服务区仅剩约2公里时，车辆突然失去动力并全车断电，连危险警告灯都无法打开。事发后，特斯拉售后将原因初步归结为“电池状态不稳定”，并建议车主“高速行驶时应于剩余续航100公里时及时充电”。
