美国伊利诺伊州本周提出《社区比特币储备法案》（Community Bitcoin Reserve Act），拟建立由州政府运营的比特币储备计划，采用多签冷钱包托管，首个储备名为 Altgeld Bitcoin Reserve。法案规定，储备中的 BTC 仅可在经新的立法授权后方可交易或出售。（Bitcoincom News）
