《科创板日报》6日讯，今日，长飞先进宣布正式完成超10亿元A+轮股权融资，本轮融资由江城基金、长江产业集团领投，光谷金控、奇瑞旗下芯车智联基金等机构参投，融资资金将主要用于碳化硅功率半导体全产业链技术布局，加速抢占新兴领域全球市场。（记者 余诗琪）
