2月6日，铜峰电子（600237）发布公告，控股股东铜陵中旭产业投资有限公司已于2026年1月13日完成增持计划，累计增持2277万股，增持金额1.51亿元。本次增持完成后，铜陵中旭及其一致行动人持股比例增至24.05%。
2025年前三季度，铜峰电子实现收入10.72亿元，归母净利润7991万元。
